Biomass is a very versatile material and can be used to produce heat, electricity and a combination of heat and power (electricity). As an energy source, biomass can either be used directly, or converted into other energy products such as biofuel. In the first sense, biomass is plant matter used to generate (by burning) electricity with steam turbines & gasifiers or produce heat, usually by direct combustion. Examples of burning materials include forest residues (such as dead trees, branches and tree stumps), yard clippings, wood chips and even municipal solid waste. There will be lots of ashes/burning residues coming out from the burning process; AAF can is able to provide solution with our Air Pollution Control (APC) products.
